Assuming that you are over weight and you need to reduce it. Then now is the time to wake up and start walking. This walking regime if made part of your life will do wonders to you and you will be fat free within a very short period of time.

You need to wake up early and start going out in a lush green lawn, field, park which ever is suitable and near to you. You need to start with a slow and steady 15 minutes walk. And return back for the first week. In the second week this duration should be increased to 25 minutes and to 35 minutes in the third week. In the fourth week you should make efforts to achieve 45 minutes. Carry on with 45 minutes through the whole of second month.

While you have started the morning walk you must put some control in your diet. Eat what ever your like but just eliminate all the fatty foods and sugar intake. Drink at least 20 glasses of water during the day.

From the third month onward keep on increasing the duration by 15 minutes every month till you reach the two hour limit. From third month you must try and increase your pace of walking also. A 25% increase in your walking pace will have dramatic effect on your metabolism and will increase the weight loss. Once you achieve the desired weight you may relax your eating habit except that of eating fatty food, but you must keep walking regularly. Your weight loss will be permanent and your body will become very fit.
